(A "rorbu" is a cabin or fishing lodge, originally used for seasonal/winter fishing, but now adapted for comfortable overnight accommodation.)

The rorbu cabin is situated in the middle of Sundvågen bay in Sund, with a good view of the harbour. Motor boat available for hire, good fishing close by.

The cabin has 4 large bedrooms on the first floor, which is the floor we rent out. 9-10 beds. Bed linen available for hire. Kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils and 2 fridges. Freezer at your disposal. TV lounge. Toilet and shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Seperate entrance to accommodation with stairs up to the first floor. Floating landing stage for the boat, and facilities for gutting your catch.

From Bodø you can get to Sund by ferry to Moskenes and a 30 minute drive. You can also take a plane to Leknes and a 45 minute trip by bus or rental car.
24 hour daylight during the summer!
